Our Displacement Fund is a crisis response based on our experience in General Sessions Court Watch and Eviction Outreach this year. The Truth is that evictions are resulting in displacement at an alarming rate. Affordable Housing complexes are being sold, Section 8 units are being eliminated, and long-time residents are facing high barriers and dwindling stock. Rental Assistance is only a temporary solution to a growing crisis and we know that the next 12 months will be crucial for Nashvillians facing Housing Insecurity.
